  IEEE ICMA 2009 will be held in the city of Changchun, at Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun, which serves as both the official conference hotel and the venue for the technical program. Being the first and only international 5 star hotel, Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun, sits at the junction of Chongqing Road and Xian Road-the financial, business and entertainment center of Changchun city.
  The hotel is 50 minutes from Changchun Longjia International Airport and 15 minutes drive from the train station. An airport shuttle bus is also available for approximately RMB 20 (US$2.5). This trip may take slightly longer as the bus has many stops en route to the hotel. Taxis and city shuttle buses can be found on the ground floor of the arrivals hall. Taxis are metered, and fare between Changchun International airport and Shangri-La Hotel, Changchun generally costs around RMB100(US$13) per journey.
